Verixy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension and website for their intended purpose: detecting token contracts on Twitter/X and viewing public market and contract-risk data. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage Verixy, or use it to build a competing product.
Verixy only states facts — price, liquidity, holder concentration, contract risk flags. It never recommends buying, selling, or holding any token, and nothing displayed by Verixy is investment, financial, or trading advice. Every trading decision, and every consequence of it, is entirely yours.
Market data and contract-risk data come from DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, and GoPlus; trade execution happens on GMGN. Verixy does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of these third-party services, and is not liable for losses arising from their data or your use of them.
The extension and website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verixy is not liable for any trading loss, data inaccuracy, or damage arising from use of the extension or website.
These terms are interpreted under, and disputes resolved according to, the laws of the developer's place of residence. Crypto assets are restricted in some countries or regions; you are responsible for confirming and complying with the laws applicable where you are.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
